Who we are
This website is run by Kangaroo Valley General Store, 1/151 Moss Vale Rd, Kangaroo Valley NSW 2577. You can contact us by phone on (02) 4465 1512 or through the form on our Visit and order page.
What we collect
When you use the order form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message (what you would like put aside and when you will pick it up). We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to put your order aside.
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send newsletters.
How we store it
Enquiries arrive in our email system. Mail is delivered through an email delivery service, and their privacy policy applies while a message is in transit. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to look after your order and our records.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out of the order form, we may use Google reCAPTCHA. It checks how the form is used and may send technical details about your browser to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by phone or through the form and we will deal with it.
Updates
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision.
